Hi
I have created a fly out menu and have placed it in the left frame of a
banner and contents template. The problem is when the menu flys out to the
right, its hidden behind the right frame. Is there any way to make the left
frame be on top of the right frame so that when the menu items fly out, they
can temporarily be in front of the text in the right frame ?

You can not display content (layers/div) over a frame. You have to make the frame wide enough to
display your content
