Hi there I am looking for some software that will allow me to run a banking
account and allow me to input info so can print a satement for a youth group
committee once a month so they can see what has gone in and out also what
the current balance is

Doesn't your bank supply one?

Yes it does However the group want to be able to run off the statement as
and when the chaieman asks for one, i am thinking of using access but was
hoping someone had all ready invented the wheel. I know lazy .......
