Microsoft Antispyware is not an antivirus application.
You still need an antivirus application to remove viruses. Most antivirus
applications have updated their definitions to cover this trojan.
Symantec/Norton, for example, included definitions for this in their
Intelligent Updater as of February 10th. They won't be distributed via
LiveUpdate until February 16th, however.
This trojan does not infect Microsoft Antispyware, it prevents it from doing
its job. It is also not an easy bug to find--it is not widely distributed.
