The number one source of spam in my Outlook are messages with no addresses in
the To: or Cc: lines. I tried to set a rule to send these to my Delete file,
but could not find a way to specify this condition. Can it be done? If so,
how?

Thank you.

See http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2005/20050729.htm - note it wont
work if you use Exchange server as internal addresses don't have @ in them.
