Hello there,
Does anyone know a program to monitor the bandwidth used by the
windows PC?
Do I need to install the snmp agent on all my machines? Machines are
conected to the network through switches.

To monitor usage on each PC you would need some sort of agent (I don't know
that SNMP would provide that but it might) on each PC. To monitor aggregate
usage consider a monitor like PRTG Traffic Grapher or Solar Winds NetFlow.
