Balloon staying

Ok...1st, I don't *think* it's a crucial problem...it just annoys the hell
out of me. I have an Emachine desktop...736 ram...1.8 gig processor, 80 gig
hard drive...and I'm running IE7. (Now this always happens whether I have
one, or five tabs open.) When I have the browser open, go to favorites to go
to one of them...if I have the cursor on the link too long, the little
balloon (the one that gives the address of the link) will stay on the
screen. Now the browser *will* take me to my new page, but that little
balloon will stay there until I close that tab. The other tabs don't seem to
be affected. I *can* live with this, it's just a minor thing, (I think) but
if I can fix it, why not?

Pressing Ctrl+Esc, followed by another Esc, will often fix this problem.

Thanks much anyway, but it didn't work this time.

I have seen similar problems to this. Check you have the latest drivers for
your video card.
