Windows XP supports balloon notifications and I was wondering how I would be
able to use them from a .NET application. There is already a NotifyIcon
component which can post a icon in the taskbar, but it doesn't support
balloons. Is there any way to use a balloon notification from a .NET app
(preferably using a NotifyIcon if an icon needs to be implemented)?

The VBPowerpack give some controls, those can be used in other .Net
languages of course as well.
