I have a problem with my computer and need to do a reinstall. How do I bak up
my Outlook, both the files in my inbox and the files I have stored within the
Outlook program in files. I would appreciate an idiot's guide - step by step
- because I am a total non tekkie! Thanks!

Search you c drive for outlook.pst.

It is usually under Doc & Set/administrator\local settings\apps data
\microsoft\outlook.

When you reinstall Office put the file back in the same directory.
