baffling message in Add Hardware Winzard!

I did the following steps on my runtime:
1.Open My Computer->Properties->Harware->Add Hardware Wizard->Next;
2.Choose "Yes,I have already connected the hardware" ->Next;
3. A Installed hardware list appeared.

My problem is that in the list there are several items , like
"PartMgr""TCP/IP Protocol Driver","VgaSave",which are marked a yellow
interrogation.

Why? Shouldn't installed hardware be listed here without any errors?
