Win 2000, Belkin router + DSL

Trying to install VPN extranet (Nortel Contivity) software.
Blue screen with "bad_pool_caller" after I nstall VPN
drivers and reboot.
Uninstalled VPN software in safe mode and was able to
login successfully.
I noticed in the device manager a problem device type
"Eacfilt Miniport #4". By the name of the device I am sure
it is the extranet VPN related.

I cannot uninstall this. I get "maybe required at boot up"
message.
What should do to remove this and install a working VPN
software ?
