I was playing a downloade game. When I finished and went back to the icon
screen
everything on my screen came out huge. I deleted the program but nothing
changed. Now what I do?

Reset the display resolution. Right click a blank area of the desktop,
choose properties, Settings tab. Adjust the screen resolution slider to the
resolution you had been using.
