Hi, I fear i have made a terrible mistake. when in Microsoft Outlook i got
an error comment and it said to use inbox repair tool so after having trouble
finding that, i went to help in outlook and found something that said repair
and restore (or something) so i clicked it. then it kept trying to load
frontpage for XP professional (I have only the home version). i restarted
and then just cancelled it when it came up again after trying to open an
excel file. i then went back in to Outlook to the repair thing under help
and stupidly ticked both boxes, the bottom one saying to restore to factory
settings or something, then when that finished, it started with the Frontpage
XP Professional thing again. then, after having had to already close Outlook
for the process to take place, i re opened Outlook to find that i have
somehow wiped out all my email accounts, emails, contacts etc!!!!!!!!! i
then thought i could go back one day in time with system restore but found it
isnt even on (I think my friend must have turned it off when fixing another
problem a month ago). what i am wondering is if i can somehow get back all my
email stuff (including account, addresses, etc) or any ideas would be
appreciated. i just need to press rewind!! also, not sure why when i wanted
to open up excel that it wanted to load stuff for Frontpage for XP Pro in the
first place???thanks so much and appologies if i have posted this twice!! Not
having a good night.

Asked and answered in the other newsgroup to which you posted. Please
don't multipost; it makes more work for everyone and will get you *less*
help, not more. See this for why:
