bad or missing system.dll

When I try running a CD burner software, call NERO Express
I get the error "Bad or Missing shystem.dll" wnaspi32.dll.
I had just install the software and I have not idea why it
will not run the file wnaspi32.dll is install on my system
and yet I have this error. If any on can help it would be
a great pleasure.
