I have been getting this error whenever I attempt to start up many programs,
most work, but movie editors will not open after pressing ok. It's very
annoying, but when it comes to vital programs like movie editors this is
unacceptable... Well heres the error

[Title] "MOVIEMK.exe - Bad Image"

[red X, body of message] "C:\Windows\system32\WMASF.DLL is either not
designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the
program again using the original installation media or contact your system
administrator or software vendor for support.
