This pop-up says BackWeb client is unable to access its
data directory. Either the data directory is invalid,
unreachable, or there is another instance of BackWeb
accessing it. What is this and should I be concerned?

Hi, backweb is kind-of spyware. See the following site for information on
spyware removal.
