For maximum backward compatibility you can output your clip using one of the
built in "WMV7 codec", which should play most places.
In the Save Movie wizard, first screen allows you to select a name for
the saved movie and the next screen is "Movie Settings". Click on "Show
more options..." and you will have all the different options to select.
Select Video for Pocket PC. (Full screen).
Although this uses WMV7 codec, this is 15fps and 320x240. You can make a
640x480 size 30fps profile using the custom profile editor:
