Hi,
I am trying to use backup utility, but as soon as I click the backup tab, I
get the general windows error message with a dialog box to send the error
information to microsoft or not.
In the event viewer, I have the following info logged.
Faulting application ntbackup.exe, version 5.1.2600.2180, faulting module
ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00024bf1.

I truly appreciate if anybody can solve this issue, as currently I am not
backing up my system. Thanks in advance.
