Windows NT is at the end of its product lifecycle.

The version of NTBackup included with Windows NT Server 4.0 and Windows NT
Workstation 4.0 do not support backing up to a file. You may wish to post
to the microsoft.public.windowsnt.* groups for questions about windows NT.
