My Instructions say if I click Start, All Programs,
Accessories, System Tools, I should find a "Backup" Why
don't I get any "Backup" in that area?

Because they are the Pro instruction.

Home may or may not have it (Disks from MS have it, from others it depends if they included it).

You need to install from the CD
http://support.microsoft.com/default...1&PA=1&SD=HSCH

Remember only MS disks are guaranteed to have it. If it's not there it is tough luck. You cannot download it. You're only recource (which is a waste of time) is to contact the company that made the CD and request it.
