Backup Win 2000

I am trying to use Win Backup to a external Western
Digital 120 GB HDD. 4 GB backs up before message saying
drive is full. Drive still has 107 GB free. What is wrong??

It's running FAT32. Convert the drive to NTFS.
FAT32 has a 4 gig file size limit.
