Backup Utility and duplication of moved files

If you *move* a file from one folder to another, do an
"incremental" backup at the end of that day, and then,
perhaps a few days later, do a restore of your original
"normal" (full) backup -- and assume for the sake of this
discussion that this "normal" (full) backup was made
*prior* to moving the file to the other folder -- and then
also restore your "incremental" backup(s) that include the
file in its new location in the second folder, you end up
with TWO copies of the same file: one in the original
folder and one in the other folder that you moved it to.
If you have made changes to the file that was moved, you
have two different versions of the same file. This then
creates the possibility that you could accidentally open
the OLDER version of the file (the one that is in the
original folder location) and work with that instead of the
newer version -- not a good thing.

Is the solution to this problem to use only "Normal" (Full)
backups every time?

Any input would be appreciated.

George
