Backup Using Shadow Copy Hangs

Hello,

After installing SP2, I find that my Windows Backup Utility program hangs at
the "Preparing to Backup Using Shadow Copy" screen. This is while backing
up on a local machine to that machine's DVD drive. No Network issues
involved. Not using shadow copy seems to still work ok.

Would appreciate any suggestions.
