Backup / Sync MSC (memory key fob) device automatically?

There are plenty of Backup and Syncronization software packages around
(many free).
Most allow for timed backup -- or backup upon Windows start. I want
one which will send files from the PC to an MSC device (that is -
another drive letter) -- but, it should backup or sync, only if it
detects that the backup drive letter exists (ie, when I plug in the
memory key fob / mp3 player in MSC mode).

Suggestions?
