The retail versions of XP, upgrade or full are all the same. If Fry's gave
you a retail version of XP Home Edition, go to the valueadd\msft\ntbackup
folder on the XP Home Edition cd and
install ntbackup manually by double clicking the file.
The above assumes Fry's provided you with a retail version or a
"comparable," OEM version. Proprietary versions which may or may not
include the tools are provided by the manufacturers and what is included is
entirely the option of the individual manufacturer.
