I received the so big virus in my machine and I used my
antivirus to remove it. However it remains in my
backup/restore files and pops up all the time. I scan and
everything is clean, but again it pops up. How can I get
it out of the backup

Appreciate any input on this matter

Do you mean system Restore?
Turn off/on System Restore to delete corrupted files:
Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore.
Click System Restore Settings on left side.
Check "Turn off System Restore", click OK, follow prompts and reboot.
This deletes all Restore Points including corruption.
Then go back and turn on system Restore and create a Restore Point.
