Backup questions

Hi. Newbie here, hope I'm in the right place.

I have a couple questions about Windows XP Backup...

How do I find and read the backup report log? I've set it to show full
details but I can't locate the file. The one report I can read doesn't show
file details, just a summary. I'm trying to make sure I'm backing up the
files correctly.

Also, I want to backup Outlook Express, with all my emails. Where does this
reside and how do I make sure it's been backed-up?

Thanks for any help.

Bob

In OE, go to Tools, Options, Maintenance, and click on Store Folder. The
path to the set of .DBX files will be displayed.

Open the Address list, click on Help, About, and the full name of and path
to the address book will be shown. It will not be the same place as the OE
files.

Both of these locations are helpfully set to hidden, system, so you normally
can't just browse to them.

You have to point the backup application to those specific locations to back
them up.
