backup pst file in Outlook 2007?

's Computer Specifications

I would like to make a backup copy of the pst file. In Outlook 2003 I was
able to download a file to make this happen. How do I make a backup with
Outlook 2007 on a Vista computer?

Still the same; copy the pst-file to a safe location.
