I recently moved to a computer with VISTA SP1 and installed Office 2007.
when i tried to recover my backup.pst file I get the message that I do not
have permision to open the file. I made the bacup.pst on my old computer
runing Office 2007 so I need help with this problem.

Is it on a CD by any chance? If so you need to copy it back to the hard
drive and make sure it's not flagged Read-Only. (right-click the file in
Windows Explorer and go to Properties)

If your PST is on your hard drive, you'll have to take ownership of it.
