Before anyone flames me I have done a search, but I am still having trouble
deciding on what to do.
I need to do a complete format of my hard drive and need to backup up my
emails and contacts. Either I just simply make a copy of the Outlook.pst file
or I use the export function of Outlook. Which is the best? Last year I used
the latter method and I seem to recall that I lost some of my contacts and
some of my emails.
