What is the best way to backup Outlook 2007 messages to transfer to a new
computer.
Would like to use USB thumb drive

With outlook closed, copy the data files (*.pst's - hidden files) to the
thumb drive, from thumb drive to Documents folder on new PC, then within
Outlook open them
Other options depends whether Outlook hasnt been configured on the new pc
