I am trying to back up nicknames in Outlook 2002 and I can't find any
extension with *.nk2. Is it under a different extension?
Also how do I backup my define views?

Thanks for your help.

Views are stored with your data. If you are using a .pst file as your
information store, backing up the .pst file backs up the views as well. If
you want a separate backup, try the procedure at

Nickname files are at %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook - the
extension used to be .nick, prior to outlook 2002. It changed to nk2 with
outlook 2002.

Views are stored in the pst. Back it up and you'll have a backup of your
mail and the views.
