I have a folder containing about 240000 subfolders. Explorer is rather slow
when I open this folder, but I can live with this.

I can't however live with the fact that NTBackup cannot backup this folder
to a tape.

Is there a solution or workaround, or can someone recommend me another
backup program that has no problem with such number of files/folders ?

Kind Regards,
Steven

What happens when you try? I admit, I've never tried backing up a folder
with that many items in it, but check your backup log file(s) for exact
errors & post them here.
