G'Day Keith,

Outlook backup is an AddIn, and not a regular feature.

You can download it at:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en

Thanks Pat.
I already had it installed, and it was working great until the back up
option disappeared from my file menu.
I uninstalled it, and reinstalled.
When i click file there is no back up option.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Keith

G'Day Keith,

After installing SP2 for Office 2003, Backup did not work for me too!

I had to:
Run Outlook
Tools>options ...
Other (Tab)
Advanced Options ... (button)
COM Addins ... (button)
Outlook Backup Addin (Select)
Remove (button)
OK
OK
OK

Re-download from the link already given.
Install (including 'Yes' to uninstall previous version) ....
.... and all is now well.
