backup exe11d skipped files

Hi all,
I have problem. After running backup I get always the same error message : Unable to open item C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG\enterprisesec.config.cch.4832.190453 - skipped.
If I look directly to this file and right click to it and choose Properties - I see only card called : General. Cards Security and Summary are missing. If I want to move this file (copy and paste) it is not possible, because I get message, that access is denied.
Can anybody help me to solve this problem?
