Backup error - no more data is on the tape

's Computer Specifications

I was backing up my lap top for the first time and near the end of the backup
it said "no more data is on the tape". i was backing up using my E drive
with a rewritable DVD-R. i am using vista with windows. any suggestions?

Maybe it's to big for the DVD disk?
