Backup of emails, business contact manager and contacts

What is the best way to back up everything i do. I use Business Contact
Manager and email to do just about everything. I need a quick but
comprehensive way to back up all of outlook.

Without info about your OS, Outlook version and such there isn't much we
can do to be specific.
