backup emails and addresses

When I backup my computer, I can not figure out how to backup my email and
address info. Iuse IO magic IOmega and I go to Explore to drag info over.

Just make sure you include your Outlook data file in the files you back up.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.

Simply copy the outlook data file, by default outlook.pst (with OL closed)

How ever you back up your PST file, make sure that Outlook is not
running when doing that.
