In IE go to File-Export.

Did you actually try the IE Help on this, before posting? Obviously not!

Hi cyrus :-)

Try the following and see if it helps:

How to Export your IE Favorites
http://its.wcu.edu/new-faculty-compu...0Favorites.htm

How To Backup Internet Explorer Favorites
http://www.handy-sites.com/bkp-favorites.html

How to automate the Import & Export of Favorites & Cookies to/from IE
http://www.pcbanter.net/t383095.html

Moving Bookmarks (Favorites) from Computer to Computer
http://internet-explorer-tutorials.c...favorites.html

You can also go to the Favorites folder you want to copy from on the hard
drive, copy all the files, paste them to a floppy disk, or copy the folder
to a CD, then copy the files into the Favorites folder on the other
computer. This often works if the Wizard fails.

Hope this helps

Jan

Blimey, all that when a simple File-Export is the thing as per Internet
Explorer Help!
