I'm using Outlook Pro 2007. The backup command has disappeared from the File
menu. There are instructions online for what to do when this happens with
earlier versions of Outlook, is there somewhere that explains how to solve
this for Outlook 2007?

It's solved exactly the same way, by definiing it manually in the Trust
Center.
