Go to Dell's website and find out there - www.dell.com

Each make and model of notebook uses a different battery and it must usually
be obtained direct from the manufacturers.

If Linda is looking for a UPS battery backup system, then most big box
office supply store usually carry a few models by Energizer or Belkin.

If she is looking for the internal CMOS battery, then Dell will be to only
place to look for it. Dell is the one who will be able to tell you where to
find it.

Uhh, the Dimension series are desktops, not laptops.
There are plenty of 3rd party suppliers of batteries, you don't need to go to Dell for one, if he in fact needed one, which he
doesn't.
