After reconfiguring Outlook, you can reconnect your pst-file (the file that
contains all your Outlook data) via;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
You really shouldn't use the Import and Export function for this.

If you want to backup and restore your settings as well, due to the registry
and file location dependencies it's best to use a backup add-in instead.
