Backing up the password file

My web host keeps moving all of my web sites to different
servers and each time, I reinstall Frontpage extensions
and add all of the logins back in on my subwebs. Some of
them have as many as 290 users.

Short of changing hosts, how can I create a backup copy of
these password files that can simply be copied back to the
server after such a move?

Thanks,
Kim.
