Can someone please tell me how I back up Outlook, including account
settings, calendars etc.

I need to re-install office and I need to backup all of my outlook
information just incase I lose it all.

Thanks

With outlook closed you copy any pst files, and the 'username'.nk2 file
http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/backupandrestore.htm

BTW Why do you think you need to reinstall Office, a reinstall rarely cures
a problem that cannot be cured by Office diagnostics

Thanks.

I need to re-install it because I want to uninstall access because I'm
getting conflicting errors with both 2007 and 2003 installed. When I try to
uninstall it, I get a message saying that office installation is corrupt and
I need to install it again.

If you installed 2007 in parallel with 2003 you should have no err's
You can run a repair in Office 2003 using its cd, likewise you can run a
repair with the 2007 cd
If the err's are specific to Access, the folks on the access specific group
may have some thoughts, if you need to run both versions.

There's no good way to back up account settings in Outlook 2007 DL has
addressed the rest.
