Backing up Outlook files

I daily automatically back up my Outlook Express files by using a proprietary
back up software and instructing it to back up Documents and
Settings\Walter\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\Microsoft\Oulook
Express which brings me to a folder containing all my .dbx files. I back up
this folder and on the few occasions I have had a computer crash, I was able
to restore my Outlook Express files from there.

How can I do the same thing for Outlook?

Thank you.
