Backing up Outlook express

I'm working on software for backup over the Internet.

When it comes to backing up Outlook Express, I'm wondering if there is any
way to use a more automatic approach than to ask our users to first follow
the steps in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/270670/EN-US/ ?

Try an Outlook Express support option.
