Backing up Outlook Express mail and contacts, and reloading onto other computer running Windows Mail

's Computer Specifications

Does anyone know how to back up mail and contacts from Outlook Express? I
cannot find a backup feature in that program, but need to backup all mail so
that I can reformat the machine due to issues. I then want to put all mail
onto my new machine running Windows Mail. Any help is appreciated.
