Does anyone know how to back up outlook calendar
information on a floppy or a CD? I need to back it up and
then re-install after I have re-formatted my disk
(changing from Microsoft 2000 to XP)

File - Import and Export - Export to a file - Personal Folder File. You will
be able to reimport it the same way after your reinstall.

Note that if you burn the file to a CD, you will have to recopy it on the
hard drive and take off the READ ONLY checkbox in the file's properties,
because you can't open a readonly PST file.
