I downloaded and installed the Add-in to supposedly be
able to back up my Outlook 2000 .pst file. When I had ME
as my OS I could just close Outlook, copy the file, no
big deal. I now have XP and it won't let me do that. The
Add-in (dated 10-31-03) doesn't work either. It
supposedly backs up the .pst file when Outlook closes,
but it doesn't. I did find out that I can open XP in Safe
Mode and copy the file that way, but that's a pain - and
a ridiculous thing to have to do. Why on earth can't I
just simply back up the danged file? What do I have to
do? HELP! THANKS!!
