backing up networked computers

I have 6 computers on a LAN all running XP Pro. One of the computers has a
DVD burner and I would like to back-up all of the system's Outlook files.
These are located in the Document and Settings folder. Do I have to share
that folder or is there another way to allow my computer to access those
directories?
