Backing up files to Fdrive as a schedulded task

I have 2 hard drives,I was wondering If XP has a way to
back up your files to your Fdrive,weekly as a task in
your schedule of weekly task

looks like xp will let you schedule any task you like, so
you could just write a little command script, i.e. a .BAT
file for example that would just use maybe xcopy or
something like:

xcopy /h/i/c/k/e/r/y <source> <destination>

or just copy.

Obviously you might want to be a bit more clever than
this if you didn't just want to overwrite each time.

You could try using the backup program as part of NT, but
I haven't tried it so I don't know what it offers. If
you only have xp home this should be available in the
VALUEADD\MSFT\NTBACKUP folder on the Windows XP Home
installation disk and click on the NT-BACKUP program
file. Maybe a search on the internet will tell you
whether it's worth it.
